This article will share some tips on how to update your billing address, credit card on file, and your shipping address for your Brave Girl University subscription and any other active auto-payment plans.
Please note that this article is for updating billing information for Brave Girl University subscriptions and Brave Girl Symposium payment plans only. If you are needing to update billing information for an order placed through the BGU bookstore, please see this article.
If you have any trouble updating your payment information via our secure web form, please contact us at email@example.com for other options. Never share your credit card information via email.
1. Log in to Brave Girl University
2. Navigate to "My Account"
Once you have logged in, click on "My Account" in the upper right hand corner and then click on "Manage Account". You can also navigate to the Subscription Center directly using this link.
4. Enter New Information
You can use this secure form to update the following information:
- billing card/billing address
- shipping address
- contact email address
Which information gets updated all depends on what information you enter in the form. See below for details.
By entering new card payment information in this form, both your billing address and shipping address will be updated to the values present in the "Contact Information" section.
To update your billing address only, you will need to submit this form twice. Once to update the billing address, and once to restore the shipping address back to its original state.
4.1. Complete both Contact Information and Billing Information sections.

4.2. Re-submit the form completing only the Contact Information section.
By submitting this secure update form with only the "Contact Information" section filled out, your billing address and payment information will not be updated. Only the shipping address on file will be changed.
If the email address on this form is updated, it will update your contact email address in our system. If your email address is also your username and you would like it to be updated, it will need to be updated separately.
Once you have saved your payment information, the form will refresh with a message at the top confirming that the update has been successful.
The confirmation message will read the same whether you have updated both your billing and shipping information, or just your shipping information.
